Official Fitness Trainer of the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders, Fitness Expert, CNN Fitness & Nutrition contributor, dietetic technician, athlete, model, dancer, dance instructor, nutrition coach, and Fitness Universe competitor. Desiree began her formal dance training at the age of fourat Florida Ballet Arts in Sarasota, and continued through her discovery of dance teams in high school. From there she became a Dazzler and went on to dance for the University of Florida Gators dance team where she performed all over the country, including the 2000 Men’s Basketball Final Four. Following her four years at UF Desiree broke into the professional world of dance as an 'A-Town' dancer for the NBA's Atlanta Hawks. Originally from Upstate New York, Melinda is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and has her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s Degrees in Psychology. She had spent a majority of her career in the social services field as an investigator, before committing herself full time to fitness. Melinda’s journey into fitness began in the basement of her childhood home by doing exercise video tapes in front of her TV. From that moment, Melinda became instantly hooked. While enjoying the sense of accomplishment after a good sweat session, Melinda wanted to share her love of fitness with others. Todd LaBerge comes to Atlanta by way of California, bringing a West Coast inspired Power Flow class with him. He is a certified 500 RYT and a 500 E-RYT in Power Vinyasa Flow, with additional teaching certifications in Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic/Restorative Yoga, Chakra-Based Flow and Bikram (Hot) Yoga. His classes are infused with a radiant energy that both motivates and inspires, while mixing in some groovy tunes and humor. His 20 years of experience in racing triathlons helps shed a relevant light to those of us on the tighter side of the practice.
