David Coligado

David is quite possibly the fastest man in Chicago. A veteran of over 30 marathons and ultra marathons, David has logged over a thousand race miles--and counting. Not bad for someone who completed his first ultra after just a few weeks of training. Come run with David and the Rush Street run club--we'll be going for runs three times a week through the weekend of the Chicago Marathon. Even if an ultra isn't in your sights, he'll bring a smile to your face and a beautiful burn to your quads. Read the profile >>

Ana Forrest taught me to harness and refine my strength and intensity... Read the profile >>

Heather Meharg

Bikram Yoga River North

Heather has been practicing Bikram yoga for 10 years and teaching since 2005. Her favorite Bikram quote rings so true with all of us at lululemon: "It's never too late, it's never too bad, you're never too old, you're never too sick to start from scratch once again, to be born once again." Heather believes that Bikram yoga is designed for everyone. The class itself is simple and highly effective. Even the most inflexible and out of shape person can come take a class and leave feeling amazing. After practicing regularly, for a very short period of time, your body and life will change for the better. This yoga, completely different from any other yoga or workout, completely detoxifies your mind and body. It literally wrings your whole body out like a sponge, inside out, bones to skin.
