Over the last 4years I have coached a variety of different Group Fitness Programs throughout the community. A year and a half ago I found CrossFit.....I instantly knew this was a sport I wanted to pursue not only as a coach but one day as a competitive athlete! I am now a Full Time coach at CrossFit Whistler, coaching the adults classes as well as a new kids program we have started. I train for myself 5days a week and am currently very dedicated and focused on making it to the 2013 Canada West CrossFit Regionals as one of the top 50 women in Canada West. I started training seriously about 8months ago and haven't looked back since. I have discovered a new passion for cooking and spend far too much time in the kitchen! Keeping my body fuelled properly has assisted me in my training as well as my recovery! CrossFit brings with it an amazing fitness program, a great sense of community, and a group of people who are willing to work hard to better themselves! I have found something I truly believe in and plan to do myself and pass on to others for years to come!
