Nick is a certified personal trainer,USA cycling coach, Pan American and international brazilian jiujitsu medalist, kickboxing champion as well as 3rd level black belt in the Burmese martial art of Bando. In his pursuit of knowledge he draws from many influences including yoga which he has been practicing periodically for 15 years when he first attended Baron Baptiste's first east coast classes.
With over 25 years of experience training clients of all types, Nick’s training represents a fusion of the best ideas from the most cutting-edge and successful fitness systems of the last two decades. Using an integrated approach with a variety of different techniques such as body weight training, free weights, kettlebells, intervals and other types of resistance training, the fitness programs he creates are steeped in a deep understanding of movement, function and exercise physiology.
Most importantly, all of this is applied by Nick with a truly personal touch in customized programs sensitive to each client’s individual health and fitness goals.
