A.J. Jones

Atma Bodha Yoga A.J. Jones is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 Hour level (E-RYT 500). A.J.'s Sanskrit name, Arjuna, was given to him by his teacher, Sri Swami Asokananda. He is named after the Arjuna from the great Indian epic, and revered yogic scripture, the Bhagavad Gita. A.J. has attended the following teacher training programs: Integral Yoga Basic Hatha, Integral Yoga Intermediate Hatha, Integral Yoga Advanced Hatha, Integral Yoga Meditation, Integral Yoga for Stress Management, Jivamukti Yoga Method, Manju Jois Ashtanga Primary Series Teacher Education Intensive, and the Dharma Mittra Yoga Advanced Teacher Training. C. Mae Jones

Atma Bodha Yoga C.Mae Jones is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 Hour level (RYT-500). Her Sankrit name, Shanti, means peace. C.Mae grew up in a very small town in New Hampshire where yoga classes weren't easily accessable. Despite the scarcity of classes to attend, C.Mae always knew that she wanted to practice yoga. So she began her practice the way many people do, following videos at home. She learned some things about asana and meditation through these videos, and began living more consciously. At age 14 she became vegetarian, and by the time she was 16, a woman had finally opened a studio in her town. Gil Elhart

Gil started teaching snowboarding at the age of 19 while living in Montana. He loved being outdoors and imparting knowledge and skills so much he moved to Colorado and became a full-time outdoor adventure-sport instructor teaching snowboarding during the winter, and mountain biking, rock climbing and kayaking in the summer. Busy with an active lifestyle he came to yoga. He immediately fell in love with the way the practice concentrated his awareness into his breath and provided him the opportunity to slow down and retune his body. Lauren Meyer

Meyer Fitness Lauren has been changing lives in the personal training and coaching arena for over 10 years, one energetic and demanding workout at a time! Her enthusiasm, energy, and creativity are the main characteristics that make up Lauren’s training philosophy at Meyer Fitness. Her sporting background includes playing field hockey at VCU, running distance events of all lengths, as well as competing in kettlebell sport; all which shape her discipline in always being at her highest level of fitness. Ryan Conrad

J & A Racing Ryan’s passion for running and people came together for the first time at the age of 15, when he organized a local 5k to benefit three charities in his hometown of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. During high school and college he competed in cross country and track allowing him to appreciate the sport even more. After college, his love of running continued and he dreamed of making a career of it.
