Come join us at the store for an fun, innovative cross-training experience with our very own Store Ambassador, Melissa Kreiger! Develop a balance of strength and flexibilty - 30 min of resistance training using the Flex-band, followed by 30 min of yoga to stretch out and wind down. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel, water and a buddy!
