Kristina’s passion is fitness. Her belief that each person has the ability to push themselves beyond their own mind’s limitations is evident in how she lives her life and how she trains her clients. Kristina dreams big.
She started her business, Get Fit With Kris Personal Training, because she loves the challenge of introducing clients to their inner athlete. Kristina encourages each client to make short and long term goals which can be incorporated into their daily lives, maintaining balance and longevity of a healthy lifestyle. “There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the simultaneous shock and pride in a client who has accomplished a goal that they never thought was possible”.
Kristina’s personal love of sport extends to almost anything that includes mountains and fresh air. She leads by example and is currently training for her first of many triathlons. This will also be Kristina’s second season trail running, competing in both the 5 Peaks and Iron Lung Trail Racing Series.
For injury prevention, muscle flexibility and rehabilitation of chronic and acute injuries, yoga remains a priority in Kristina’s training program. Through Yin, Power and Hot Yoga she is able to practice the arts of both relaxation and intense focus.
Through this focus, Kristina is learning to take her own training to new levels and is excited to share these new experiences with her clients.
Her enthusiastic and energetic approach to life and training is sure to inspire and motivate those who are fortunate enough to cross her path.
