How am I?
· I am loving getting to know the lululemon community and the West 4th team. Wow! What an amazing and special team of sincerely great people. I am very impressed with their passion for making a difference and really bringing people together. I am fortunate to be an Ambassador for such a great group.
What Projects are on the Go?
· Well… The Kits Community Empowerment Plan is now in full effect. The summer started with a bang by being involved with the West 4th Team where we delivered eight boot camps to the community. The feedback was great and a lot of people really connected and enhanced their understanding of lululemon’s impact on the community – what a great way to kick things off. We also created along with ING Direct to deliver a Financial Fitness Workshop to all staff at West 4th including the SSC and any lululemon team members across the lower mainland. With much much more in the works… it wouldn’t be a surprise.
What do I love most about what I do?
· I work with people to help provide them the same perspectives people have empowered me with, and seeing them harness their gifts and use them for tools to inspire positive development in others
· Really getting to know people… not just on the surface… but really, really, connecting
· I enjoy being an Ambassador for a group of people whom I respect and feel are doing great things to foster the development of an optimal community
· As someone who is focused on effectiveness… I really appreciate the dedication the West 4th Team has to continually improving their products by seeking feedback on even the smallest details
· Watching young leaders develop within store and how the current leaders work to support the development of their co-workers… but more importantly… their friends.
