Where do you teach yoga? I teach primarily for YYoga now- both the South Granville & Flow Wellness locations. I have also been lucky enough to teach for many other beautiful and supportive studios in Vancouver like Inner Space Yoga, Treloar Studio, The Yoga Practice, Semperviva, Exhale Studio, & Yoga For the People. What is your favorite type of class to practice? My favourite type of class to practice is a combination of Flow/Power & Yin.
