Julia Clark

Vitality Center

Julia's love of yoga, music and adventure has taken her far from her hometown of Glasgow, Scotland over the last decade. Her natural wanderlust brought her to America as a college exchange student in 2001, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Journalism. She spent eight years working as a radio DJ and music promoter for the recording industry in Kansas City, Vermont, Boston and New York City before deciding to fulfill a lifelong desire to teach yoga. Seeking fresh air, adventure, and the time to enjoy both, it didn't take long for Julia to settle on Vail, Colorado as her ideal playground. She moved to the Rocky Mountains in 2009 and currently works as the Yoga Director for the Vail Vitality Center, teaching soulful and dynamic yoga classes to serve this mountain community that... Natalie McLain

Natalie stumbled upon CrossFit at a local indoor rock climbing gym in July 2009. Although intimidated at first, she was hooked after her first workout. She began competing in 2010, participating in the 2010 Rocky Mountain Sectionals, 2010 Colorado Open, 2011 Southwest CrossFit Games Sectionals (5th place in region), 2011 Colorado Open (7th place),... I took my first yoga class because I heard it would enhance my athletic endeavors, little did I know. When I landed in a Baptiste Power Vinyasa class for the first time my whole world began to shift from a life of competition and self-defeating behaviors to a life of unity and possibility. Not only did I LOVE the asana practice, I found there was a sense of accountability from yoga. An accountability that moved me to do the work of releasing the things that weren’t serving me any more and really stepping into being the best version of... Read the profile >>
