Alton Wallace Alton began running in high school as a cross country runner. Her love of competitive sports lead her to play both volleyball and basketball at the collegiate level. After graduating from college and entering the workforce, Alton fell out of running. Following the loss of her father and other events, Alton returned to running consistently with a local running group as a way to manage stress and stay healthy. For Alton, running provided a sense of peace, control, freedom, and contentment. Running is a time where she could let go, be open, and experience the world. Harley discovered CrossFit in 2009. His combat military experience with the 82nd Airborne Division and background in personal training fit right in to the CrossFit world…both as an athlete and trainer. Harley currently holds a Level 1 CrossFit and CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification. He strives to create a safe environment for pushing limits and helping others to realize their full potential. Kris Allison

After taking her first yoga class, Kris immediately recognized the positive way that yoga affected her body and mind. In order to be able to share the healing benefits of yoga with others, Kris completed her own training in 2006 at the school of Hot Yoga in Washington, DC. Since then she has continued her training in asana, anatomy, and yogic philosophy, in order to evolve her own practice and instruction. She also believes that her students are her greatest teachers and is continually learning through them. Kris strives to make all of her classes a positive and welcoming experience for students of all levels. Meghan Donnelly, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with yoga alliance. The majority of Meghan’s formal Yoga training has been from Yoga Center Madrid, Spain, National and International Workshops, and the Living Yoga Teacher Certification Program, Austin, Texas. Since 1997, Meghan has studied and practiced a variety of Hatha Yoga styles including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivinanda, Anusara™, Iyengar, Therapeutic and Restorative yoga, and continues to blend this eclectic mix into her own personal practice and teachings. Meghan believes eternal students make the best teachers and continues to seek training and attend workshops from some of the most well known teachers in the country.
