As a teacher of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, Tania brings her own flavour and personality into her classes. She is passionate about maintaining life balance and it is therefore reflected in her practice. During her late teens she discovered the physical benefits of yoga and quickly became hooked. She soon began a consistent practice and the benefits of her dedication increased physically, mentally and emotionally. Desiring to encourage others with her knowledge and new found life focus, Tania completed her Moksha Teacher Training in 2010. The training and experience was exactly what Tania was looking for and she returned from training energized and ready to begin her teaching journey. She has since partnered her Moksha Teacher Training with a Yin Teaching Certification and become a Reiki Master Practitioner.
