Attention Promenade Yogis & Friends!!

Beginning Sunday September 7, 2008 the Promenade Shopping Centre will be opened one hour earlier on Sundays...that's one hour more to spend together!!

To accommodate this change, our Sunday morning yoga classes will now begin at 9:00am sharp and run until 10:00am.
