This class, in the Jivamukti tradition, swept her off her feet and right into her heart. Soon after, a strong urging for deeper studies surfaced and the quest into Hindu/yogic philosophy began. She explored other various styles of Hatha Yoga such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Bikram, Anusara, Power, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Kripalu. She holds certifications in Kid's Yoga from Next Generation Yoga and Jodi B. Jenny grew up on the East Coast of Florida and has been dancing from the age of five. After trying the Bar Method on the recommendedation of a friend she found that she loved the challenge the class offered, while having a therapeutic affect on her achy joints. Jenny knew right away that Tampa needed the Bar Method, and spent over a year of extensive training and hard work to make it happen. Jimmy Myers

As a Tampa native, Jimmy started his path of fitness and sports training during his early childhood. At the age of 6, he practiced and completed in self-defense martial art of Judo. Fast forward to his teens, Jimmy played on the basesball team and he earned an All-State wrestler title at East Lake High School. Keeping his momentum, he was a 3 time winner of the "All-American athlete" award at University of Central Florida. He is now the owner & head trainer of Tampa Bay Athletics where Jimmy trains all athletic types, from NFL players to marathon runners. Kerri is a runner, yogini, and NASM-certified personal trainer. She has been a runner for over 10 years and has participated in over 100 races around the country. Kerri found yoga at the age of 40, and focused her practices to yin yoga and flow classes to connect mind, body and spirit, She loves to share her passion of yoga through teaching students to dive inward and connect with their potential. Retiring from a professional athletic career with a desire to find something to fill the void of track and field, Stephen via the coaxing of a close yogini friend versed in the Jivamukti method, decided to take a yoga class. Having come from the athletic scene that was driven by competition, he went into class with the same approach and soon realized that this was not yoga. While visiting family in New York, Stephen made his way to Union Square, home of Jivamukti Yoga School, the “Mothership”, and after attending his first open class he was hooked.
