Mike Hayes has a degree in Exercise Science and is a international presenter in the field of health and fitness. He has been a senior lecturer at the Australian Institute of Fitness for over 16 years. He has represented both Queensland and New South Wales in Rugby Union. Mike specialises in the field of corporate and recreational adventure training and is based in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, where he owns and operates two businesses, Kangaroo Valley Escapes and Wilderness Experience Training (WET).
