Yvette has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. Starting in grade school Yvette participated in every sport offered excelling in Track, Gymnastics, Softball and Volleyball. Her high energy and spunky attitude as a College Cheerleader allowed her to transition easily to becoming a High impact aerobics and Hip Hop dance instructor. Once she completed her degree in “Health Promotion” from Boise State University, she became the assistant manager of an all women’s health club and it expanded from there. Currently she is the Clinics and Program Manager for Zenergy, teaches everything from Bikini Boot camp to gentle yoga and in her spare time takes private training clients. Coining herself as a fitness geek, she loves a great challenge whether it is organizational, physical or mental. Hobbies include hiking, running and camping with her best friend/husband of 15 years and her two crazy yellow labs.
