Owner and Senior Instructor, grew up here in Hailey and took her first Pilates class in 1991 at Inner Flo with Beth Chiodo. As an aspiring dancer she quickly discovered the benefits of the Pilates method. Alysha continued to practice Pilates in Seattle where she received a BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts. In 2000 she entered and completed the rigorous 600 hour training course through Authentic Pilates in Atlanta GA. She taught pilates and danced professionally in the Atlanta area for four years, where she also completed her massage schooling, earning certifications in Swedish, Clinical Sports and Neuromuscular massage therapies from the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts. A strong believer in a complete education, Alysha takes every opportunity to study other forms of Pilates such as Stott, Kane Core Integration, Power Pilates, and Physical Mind. Along the way Alysha added Source Connection Therapy, Cranial Sacral and Reiki to her massage repertoire. She also practices yoga regularly and completed Hailey Yoga Centers 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in July, 2011.
