Anne began practicing yoga to complement decades of running. After an extended period of focusing solely on the physical challenges of the asana practice, the finer, more subtle benefits of yoga began to reveal themselves. Anne’s view of yoga transformed from a means to become physically stronger and more flexible to a way of living a fuller, richer life with greater internal and external strength, peace and joy. She is a YA 200 hour RYT, trained in children’s and teen yoga, and has completed her advanced training with Kula Yoga Project, NYC. Her classes blend alignment and breath work with purposeful sequencing and fabulous music to help you get your yoga groove on! She welcomes all levels into her classes is so excited to share her passion for yoga with everyone willing to come and play! Namaste.
