Amelia cannot pinpoint the exact moment that she fell in love with dance, but rather many moments over her lifetime. She has been teaching and choreographing for over a decade at various schools in the Twin Cities. Amelia discovered and fell in love with yoga when CorePower came to Grand Avenue and signed up for their teacher training program in the spring of 2009. There is such a special relationship and correspondence between yoga and dance, each enhancing the other and she has been evolving as a teacher ever since. Brigitte Koepke

Fusion Yoga, Yellow Barn Wellness

Brigitte holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Minnesota and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Meant to move, she can be found riding around on her pink bicycle, dancing around the Twin Cities, and managing Fusion Yoga. She came to yoga to find a blissful state of being, moving her body in meditation, breathing and dancing through her asana practice. Brigitte is honored to share her passion and believes in the power of yoga to understand and access the mind and body. Kathy Bertram

“All things are possible for those who BELIEVE”! This is the phrase which drives kathy in all she does on and off her mat. She has proven it to be true time and time again in her experience as an NPC Bodybuilding competitor, traveling the US with a public school motivational speaking team, even making some national and international TV appearances. Kathy was first introduced to yoga while serving in the United States Air Force over on Okinawa Japan in 1998. The beautiful blend of breath, movement, mental and physical challenge was exactly what she needed. After moving back to the United States a few years later she began to compete in both NPC Figure, and NPC Bodybuilding shows.
