Breathe Pilates Studio owner, Kelly Wallace Milton, will be teaching a mat Pilates class. Pilates mat exercises proves to be one of the most effective and challenging ways of developing core strength and stability. Pilates principles include control, fluid movement and breathing. Other principles are concentration, stability and postural alignment that will help the athlete maintain and gain strides within their sport. The mat class will be modified for athletes as well as non-athletes. A challenging workout will be provided for all!
