    Red, White, and Bootcamp

    Celebrate the U.S.A with us all week long! Join us for a 1 hour bootcamp style workout every morning leading up to July 4th. A different local instructor will lead the workout each day. Wear your favorite red, white, and blue, and be ready to get sweaty!

    What to Bring: Sneakers, water, and a smile

    Today's Instructor: Mari Foster from Harbor Athletic Club

    Mari will be you through 30 minutes of LES MILLS GRIT CARDIO and 30 minutes of CX WORX. GRIT CARDIO is designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability. This HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment. CX WORX (core strength work) hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper bosy to your lower body. It is ideal for tightening your core and butt as well as improving functional strength and assisting injury prevention.

    Join us for a group run led by Matthew Pedersen from Orangetheory Fitness. Choose between a short route of 2-3 miles and a long route of 4-6 miles depending on your ability. Meet in front of lululemon Hilldale at 5:15pm ready to run!
