    Thursday Yoga on the Green!

710 Americana Way Glendale, CA 91210

Join lululemon athletica and ambassador Brianna Welke as she leads our Thursday flow on the green! Class is from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Limited mats available. Learn more about Brianna below! I believe that we all need yoga, we all need to reconnect with our breath, bodies, and our authentic sense of purpose in this world. I dabbled in yoga for years on and off until I found myself so stressed and emotionally tangled that I HAD to do something, I went back to yoga. I remember a deep sense of letting go and unwinding moment by moment. This profound change in my life, now almost a decade ago inspires me to share my practice with others. I can't wait to share that with you! I teach whole life transformation yoga one on one and at One Down Dog in Silverlake.
