    Vinyasa flow with Jen Frasher

Join us in the loft at 11:15 AM for Vinyasa flow with Jen Frasher.

Jen Frasher, born in Germany and raised in Sag Harbor, N.Y. took her first yoga class in 1999 and was instantly hooked. Since then her yoga experience has been an evolution of self-discovery, forward motion and wanderlust. Her knowledge is eclectic; Jivamukti, Om Yoga, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini, travels to India and the Art of Living Ashram.

Her passion for the practice grows with each passing year and she has been privileged to study with many of the great masters. Officially certified in the alignment-based Hatha Yoga tradition, Jen does not limit herself to one particular style of yoga, rather, incorporates all she has learned into each and every lesson. She believes in the Krishnamacharya linage of “adapting the yoga to fit the individual.”

Jen’s classes are artful configurations of body-breath movement, alignment and attention. Known for her skill and dedication, she offers students a yoga practice that is direct, palpable and ethereal; one that refines bodies, awakens minds, and opens hearts. Inspired by many different yoga traditions, most recently KundaliniYoga and Katonah yoga, Jen teaches an intelligent vinyasa flow with sense of refinement and sophistication. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between our lives on and off the mat. Her mission is simple: to establish a crystal clear connection to your highest Self, each other and the abundant magical energy that is ever present.

A lover of music, dance and art, Jen is strongly influenced by the creative process. Her classes frequently include chanting, harmonium, crystal singing bowls, gong, as well as an array of live musicians, anything that nurtures a healing space.

    Gong Meditation

Join Jen Frasher, local Hatha and Kundalini yoga teacher for a night of manifesting abundance and prosperity! Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness where we dive deep into our subconscious, clear out old patterns that do not serve and install new patterns that uplift and enlighten.  Each session will include a short breath and movement set, powerful mantras to attract abundance and a long healing Gong Savasana. All levels of practitioners welcome. (this is Thursdays @ 6pm in the Loft which shares our store address of 35 Main Street)
