community events

  • April 30
    6:00 PM
    Gong Meditation

Join Jen Frasher, local Hatha and Kundalini yoga teacher for a night of manifesting abundance and prosperity! Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness where we dive deep into our subconscious, clear out old patterns that do not serve and install new patterns that uplift and enlighten.  Each session will include a short breath and movement set, powerful mantras to attract abundance and a long healing Gong Savasana. All levels of practitioners welcome. (this is Thursdays @ 6pm in the Loft which shares our store address of 35 Main Street)

  • May 2
    8:45 AM
    Zumba with Melissa Zugell

Ditch the workout, join the party!” Zumba Fitness is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive. You’ll be working up a sweat and boosting energy levels before you know it! Zumba is easy to do, effective, and exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students and moving millions to joy and health.

  • May 3
    11:30 AM
    Sunday Vinyasa

Our very own Jessy Nees is making her debut in our loft all of May as our instructor of the month. Join us in the loft for Open Vinyasa every Sunday throughout May.

Jessy began practicing yoga in 2010 as a way to compliment her other activities. After some time, she noticed a change greater than just the stretch of her hamstrings and began to see how yoga can quiet the mind, foster a connection of mind and body, and create and elevate self-awareness. Jessy is trained under the careful and playfully intellectual guidance of Lois Nesbitt and Jessica Bellofatto. Jessy is drawn to the breath-centric practices of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga-styles. She loves the endless possibilities in each pose – there is a myriad of asana you can transition to from here, which will you choose? In her teaching, Jessy hopes to convey that no matter what direction you choose, as long as you go there with breath and commitment, you’re going the right way. Like a sailboat on the open sea, choose a direction, adjust your sails, and commit.
