Join Katie Dolaher, a triathlete and fitness instructor for a special class for runners. Runners will meet at lululemon at the Prudential Center, move outdoors for a 30 minute run, and then come back for bootcamp for runners. Be prepared for a combo of both running and strength exercises that will help your body get into your best running shape! Finally, for those who sign up through MoveWith, there will be a chance to win a three class pack giveaway to MyStryde as well as a Premier Protein giveaway! This class is for all levels, whether you're an experienced runner or just want to try out a different take on your weekend workout.
