A short warm up and stretch, we will then talk about setting our intentions for the yoga nidra and planting seeds of intention to break down the walls as the seed grows from within during the nidra.
Yoga nidra is a set of deep relaxation techniques that can lead you to a meditative state, which encourages a sense of well-being.
