    Shian shines her light on lululemon Britomart this Sunday at 8:30am for one hour of bliss.Shian is a positive warm-hearted yogi whose sole mission is to inspire people to live balanced and meaningful lives.Having completed her Diploma of Yoga at Wellpark College in 2011 her style is a gentle mix of hatha and vinyasa and is suitable for all levels.

    Her passion lies in breaking down the barriers which hinder people from giving yoga a try and believes that yoga truely is for EVERY body.

    She teaches weekly $10 yoga classes at Mt Eden Village Centre as well as in corporate offices around Auckland.

    She is the Auckland event coordinator for Off The Mat, Into The World and was a wayfarer for Wanderlust Festival Taupo 2015. When's she's not teaching yoga, she's either dancing, organising health and well-being events or probably frolicking on a beach somewhere.

    Francesca’s class you will be guided to stay present and calm and composed to work all the muscles in the entire body without holding tension in them.

    She teaches a alignment-based practice, focusing also on breath and awareness of the whole body. The focus on alignment is to allow energy to flow freely through the entire body as well as bringing the left and right sides of the body and brain back into balance.

    Her class will begin at 8:30am in-store. See you then bight-eyes!
