The weather has dropped a few degrees this week. Often the body takes more time to catch up with what our environment has to offer us. A balanced yoga practice can help our bodies transition through the seasons with ease and grace.
This week we will focus on practice that brings heat and energy to our bodies in this changing weather, at the same time detox and restore so we can find a balanced body in this transition.
