Jasmin's journey on the path of yoga began in 2005, when she stumbled out of a Jivamukti yoga class and felt an indescribable feeling. This moment gave her life a new direction. She knew it's yoga which will fulfill her life.
And despite many branches at the beginning of her yoga practice she found herself at Jivamukti Yoga. After several years of practicing and her first trip to the Jivamukti Yoga School NYC she completed her Jivamukti Teacher Training under the guidance of Yogeswari and Patrick Broome in 2010. In 2014 she completed her Jivamukti Yoga 800hr Apprenticeship in NYC under the guidance of her mentor Jessica Stickler.
She's receiving inspiration from everywhere - people, moments, opinions - which makes her style so unique. She always keeps her eyes open to explore new things in her life and on the yoga mat.

That's the mantra that accompanies her on the path of yoga.
seit meiner kindheit dreht sich mein leben um die freude an bewegung und die gesundheit des körpers. durch meinen jahrelangen ballettunterricht und durch die darauf folgenden ausbildung zur physiotherapeutin und groupfitnessinstructorin integrierte ich mehr und mehr den medizinischen und faszienmobilisierenden aspekt in meinen unterricht - aber nach einiger zeit bemerkte ich, dass etwas fehlte: die seele! und so absolvierte ich meine yogalehrerausbildung im vinyasa flow stil bei meiner lehrerin christine may. heute lebt mein mein unterricht aus einer mischung aus spaß, schweiß, entspannung und die pure freude am eigenen sein!

Yoga found me to balance my life during a very stressful phase of my life in 2008. I fell in love with the practice of yoga and continued my path. In 2012 I left my profession and successfully completed a yoga teacher training at YogaWorks. This method combines the flow and the heat of Ashtanga Yoga and the focus on alignment of Iyengar Yoga. Inspired by this approach I started teaching and developed my experience over the last 3 years. As much as I love teaching I understand myself as a highly dedicated student to my practice in order to permanently evolve my perception. I have a strong Ashtanga Mysore practice and cultivate it 6 times a week. I am very much inspired by Matthew & Carla Vollmer, Owner of Astangaspirit in Berlin (former Rio de Janeiro). My teaching is still in the style of YogaWorks but strongly focused on the correct breathing of Ashtanga Yoga.
