Laura is passionate about wellness. In fact, she co-hosts a podcast on health, wellness, and eco-friendliness for twenty-somethings called Guinea Pigging Green. She teaches power yoga at Power Yoga Canada Leaside and at the Yoga Lounge downtown, which she loves every minute of -- and she can't wait to join everyone at SMY!

This week's practice lead by: Dang Gle Minh
Dang discovered yoga in 2013, while on vacation in Mexico. Having been active and involved in sports growing up, he had been trying to stay in shape primarily with weight lifting. Dang was quickly captivated by the practice of yoga as a way to increase his flexibility while maintaining strength and stamina in a balanced way. Now he finds that with regular practice, yoga also brings him greater awareness, both mentally and spiritually.
Dang will also be speaking about a yoga event in November run by Lymphoma Canada called, 'Take It To The Mat.'
