    HIIT in the City with Aspire Group

    Lloyd Johnson is an Exercise Scientist from UWA as well as being the only level 2 ZUU & Ankorr trainer.  He is the owner and director of the Aspire Group which is a multi facet Health and lifestyle company offering Personal, Small Group & Corporate Training, Athlete and Squad specific Strength & Conditioning, Lifestyle & Sports Nutrition, Massage, Exercise Rehabilitation as well as Kids Specific training, yoga and Pilates.

    The staff at aspire has worked with a variety of clientele, from children with mental or physical disabilities, through to elite athletes.

    Using health and fitness pathways to encourage a 'do what you can do' approach, aspire concentrate on actively promoting the encouragement of others despite any physical or emotional barriers.  We empower everyone with a sense of belonging and community whether that is in a sporting club, corporate workplace, school setting or general fitness class. We constantly instil positive affirmations, resilience and determination as well as inclusion of all members - regardless of ability, age, race or gender.

    Time and again we have seen the amazing mental health benefits that this positive attitude and all embracing mentality has had on our members and associated communities. We have found that the physical improvements such as weight loss, toning and cardiovascular fitness tend to become a bi product of feeling good internally and gaining a sense of belonging.

    Perth Run Collective - Run Club

    Join us for a fun and energetic hour as we strut, jog, run, or sprint our way around the beautiful CBD! No one is left behind with groups to suit all levels and all paces. Our expert Run Leaders will guide each group through their workout with tips and tricks to get each individual to their goal whether it be making nightly walks a part of your new routine, or if a marathon is on your bucket list! 

    Each week we meet in the store for a pre-run hangout and stretch and then out to pound pavement returning here for 6:45 to compliment our run with another stretchy session and often special events to compliment!

    All are welcome!
