Yin yoga gently stretches out the body with a series of slow, deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine and lower body. The poses are held for a period of time which allows the tension in the body to release and unwind. It is excellent for flexibility and can also be very meditative and relaxing.
Rachel studied yoga under Alex Armstrong and later completed her yoga teacher training at The Yoga Space in West Perth. Rachel also brings to her classes many years of experience & training from other complimentary wellness fields.
