Join us instore from 8am-8:50am every Saturday for the month of September, for a functional training ciruit with Chris Heppeler from Tiger Fitness.
The sessions will be in three stages; Stage One will be a warm up with rollers on yoga mats. Stage Two will be the functional training circuit and will finish with Stage Three: a cool down on the rollers again. So come along and enjoy getting sweaty and having fun!
Bring a towel and a waterbottle, and make sure you get onto try booking to secure your spot as there are limited available. See you there!
Join us for complimentary in store yoga workshop Wednesday evening at 6pm for a 50 minute beginner suitable class. No need to bring a mat, just a smile.
The classes will be taken by our very own Sarah den Ouden, who is also an educator in the store!They will vary each week with a mix of partner yoga, core conditioning, L based flying, and thai massage. Sarah's classes will be moving from earth to air (ground asanas to L based flying asanas).
Guests can come with a partner, and this doesnt mean boyfriend, wife etc. Partners can be anyone, friend, colleague, son, daughter... whatever you like, or they can come alone and meet someone new to connect with!

Join us instore from 8am-8:50am every Saturday for the month of September, for a HIIT fitness ciruit with Michael Bell from Peak Body. The sessions will involve high intensity interval sessions for all fitness levels.
Bringing together exercise science and old school circuit training, guests will walk away with a head full of endorphins and an increased knowledge on how to move efficiently and safely. Additionally each session will finish with a combination of myofascial release techniques, to teach you how to perform basic maintenance on your body to decrease your risk of injury and keep you moving pain free.
