A little about these ladies....
Angela has worked within education and the fitness industry for over 13 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, coach, teacher and mentor. She is a graduate of Wollongong University specialising in Physical Education and has attained specialised certifications in numerous programs including boxing, yoga, cross training, cycling, strength & conditioning. So she knows her stuff! Angela’s passion for running has seen her lead a team of over 100 NSW runners participate in the Gold Coast marathon for the last 4 years and has inspired life changing experiences amongst her members.
Through her years of university study, along with a strong base of personal experience in sport and physical training, Harriet has a strong foot hold on the latest topics within nutrition and health and is able to wade through the hype to give you what is going to work best for you. Harriet has a strong belief in working WITH her clients, not on them and aims to guide them through their individual barriers to good health and a balanced diet. To Harriet there are no such things as silly questions, so come along get educated and start working towards a happier and healthier you!
