    complimentary yoga in glebe park

    Join us for complimentary yoga in Glebe Park each Sunday from 9am to 10am! This week we have Judith Davis Lee taking us through a revitalising session of Yin. A little about Judith: 'I first studied yoga as a sport elective at school in the early 1970s and then, after a 37 year break, fell back in to it in 2010. It was like coming home and I very quickly became a committed practitioner.  After practicing four times a week for 18 months it was a  a natural progression for me to train as a teacher in April 2012. I then undertook further training in Vinyasa Flow with Yoga Trinity in January 2013. For me, yoga is about self discovery and exploring and extending personal capability.'

    Join us for complimentary yoga in Glebe Park each Sunday from 9am to 10am! This week we have Elizabeth Henningham taking us through a Vinyasa session, a little about Elizabeth: 'Yoga is one of the few things I truly love that I've never felt compelled to give up as part of a detox.
    I first began practicing yoga in Vietnam in 2002 and have experimented with several different styles since then. I am drawn to the physical and mental challenge of practicing vinyasa-style power yoga, which always leaves me feeling stronger and more grounded. I love that yoga gives me the opportunity to play, experiment, face my fears and find my strengths every time I practice (even if I end up falling on my face).
    I completed my teacher training with Power Living in 2011.
    I practice yoga for the strength, balance and flexibility it brings: physically, mentally and emotionally. I teach to share the joy, connection and clarity I find from my own practice and really do believe that the most important thing is that you breathe.'
