Ty Hanley is recognised as one of the top, high performance sports strength and conditioning coaches in the country, and is a recipient of Fitness Trainer of the Year. He is a highly professional and experienced personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and triathlon coach. He is also a motivational public speaker in the coaching and preparation of high performance athletes and is a Triathlon Australia advisor, presenter and coach on Core Strength and Conditioning. He is dedicated, committed and driven to ensure his athletes challenge themselves at every session and always strive to achieve their personal best with a positive, motivated, supportive and enjoyable manner.
His unique training techniques and specifically designed periodised programs enable athletes under his guidance to achieve outstanding results in the shortest time possible. He is an international Strength and Conditioning Coach to both Commonwealth Gold and Olympic Games athletes – including Gold and Silver Medalists at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and Olympic Games Bronze Medalists.
As the founder of Peninsula Boot Camp, the original and longest running Bootcamp on the Mornington Peninsula Ty (also known as The Sarge) credits its success on providing a professional, supportive and motivating team environment where health and fitness goals are set to be achieved.
