Jennifer Isaacson

In college, Jennifer Isaacson stumbled upon yoga after a hip-hop dance class in 1997. She’s forever grateful for the wisdom in a liberal arts education. Once connecting with Kim King-Zamoff’s Vinyasa flow, she continued to practice with Kim extensively for five years. Kim awarded Jennifer her first teaching certificate in 2002. She continues her studies at Samadhi Yoga Center and earned the RYT 200+hour certification in 2006 from Kathleen Hunt. Jennifer has been a mentor to teachers in training at Samadhi since 2007. She also has accumulated over a hundred hours of training with Shiva Rea who also influences her teaching. Kirk Slobody
Kirk Slobody shares over three decades of experience as a swimmer, coach, yoga practitioner and teacher with students at Seattle businesses and his downtown studio. In 1992 after 16 years of swimming competitively, he delved into the disciplines of Raja and Hatha yoga as a means of stabilizing a blood pressure issue. In 1998 SloBody was formed and began offering classes from the disciplines of yoga, dance, and athletics to work the body from the inside-out rather than movements that work from outside-in. Laura Robinson
Laura expertise involves a lifetime of experience in health and wellness. Laura gained her passion for fitness as an all-around athlete, competing in the heptathlon at the University of Idaho. After obtaining a degree in Food and Nutrition in 1995, Laura began teaching nutrition concepts to community groups ranging from school age children to retired adults. She furthered her knowledge of the human body at Northwestern University Medical School, receiving a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 1999. Laura loves being a mother, enjoys the outdoors, laughs out loud, and dances like no one is watching. Mandy Cantu

Mandy Cantu has over two decades of experience teaching group fitness. Her certifications include ACE, NIT, STOTT Pilates, PIYO, RYT, Lemond and Precision Cycling. An avid runner and marathoner until she developed a pulmonary embolism in1997 that almost took her life. The experience led her to Hatha Yoga which saved her life. She started teaching yoga in 1997 and received her yoga teacher certificaion from 8limbs Yoga Studio. She has since trainded with many well known teacher throughout the Northwest and internationally. Maygen is intrigued by the power and healing found in the breath. Her teaching and personal practice have been deeply influenced by the dynamic play of opposites of inhalation and exhalation. Maygen’s classes blend vigorous flow, poetic sequencing, breath awareness, and space for reflection, colored with the spiritual richness of the yogic tradition. Her class environment is nurturing and supportive, aimed at developing the special qualities that each student brings to their mat. Priscilla Bell
Priscilla Bell is a fitness community fixture in Seattle where she has taught for over 25 years and directed many of the best group exercise programs in town. Today she is owns her own business Bell Curve Boot Camp and teaches at different clubs in downtown Seattle including Allstar Fitness and Club Zum. Certified by ACE, AFAA and NASM, Priscilla is known for keeping on the cutting-edge of group fitness and has continually introduced Seattle clubs to new class formats as they emerge including cycling, yoga, and Pilates. She is a CEC Provider for ACE and AFAA, and has presented nationally as a Master Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness. She also presented at the IDEA World Fitness Convention in 2006 & 2007. Stacy Lowenberg
Stacy Lowenberg originally from Bettendorf, Iowa is a professional ballet dancer at Pacific Northwest Ballet Company. Her training at North Carolina School of the Arts, School of American Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet School took her away from home at an early age. She became a professional ballet dancer at age 18 and has performed a wide range of ballets with leading roles in The Midsummer Nights Dream (Titania, Helena and Hippolyta), The Sleeping Beauty (Lilac Fairy), Divertimento 15 (2nd variation), Intermezzo (pas de deux), Serenade (Dark Angel) to name a few. Tonja Renee Hall is a yoga instructor, artist, floral designer, equestrian, minor linguist, world traveler, and avid bicyclist. She has taught yoga since 2002 and spent two years living and teaching Power Yoga in Bangkok, Thailand. Tonja received her initial yoga certification from 8Limbs Yoga Center in Seattle, with a focus on a strong Vinyasa power flow. She also has a certificate of Thai Massage from Wat Po in Bangkok. She believes the connection between Mind, Body, and Spirit in Yoga is achieved through a disciplined and challenging physical practice, meditation, and mentorship.
