Yoga
Our Yoga Program is based on the age-old tradition of utilizing your body to build strength, exercise, and to have fun. Yoga is a series of postures that work together to build muscle tone, agility, core strength, balance, and a meditative mindset. Yoga is the feeling of letting go, of allowing the union between the physical and sub-conscience. We value the ancient practice so much, that our core philosophy of fitness is centered on this practice. Yoga is about using your body, allowing space, focusing on your breathing, and quieting the mind enough to enter Savasana. Savasana is the last pose and often the most difficult. So come to Moss, and let go.
Pilates
Moss Wellness Spa offers a Stott Pilates program. Utilizing V2 Max Plus reformers that transcend traditional Pilates equipment offering restriction-free movement and limitless programming. Stott Pilates preserves the essence of Joseph Pilates original "mind-body" teachings but enhances them with modern biomechanical knowledge and input from physical therapists. It incorporates the modern concepts of core stability and neutral posture alignment, restoring the natural curves of the spine as integral to developing total fitness.
