I grew up in the Midwest (KC), graduated from the University of Kansas with a Business Degree. My first job out of school was a Financial Advisor. After 3 unfulfilling years here I decided to make a move to the world of human movement. I wanted to help people move better and be stronger. I started out as a trainer at a local health club, with the dream of opening a gym of my own some day. I figured while I was dreaming, may as well make it in California, a place I knew I wanted to live. Fast forward 6 years later, a couple great decisions, and some driving, I made it. Logan Gelbrich was born just up the street from our store at Saint John's December 1, 1985. Growing up locally, he graduated from Saint Monica Catholic High School as the Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2004. After All-State performances in baseball at St. Monica, Logan turned to the University of San Diego. As catcher for the Toreros, he earned two West Coast Conference championships and is a two time All-Conference player. In 2008, Logan was a nominee for the Johnny Bench Award, which goes to the nation's best amateur backstop. Later that year, the San Diego Padres selected Logan in the Major League Baseball draft. Natasha Snow Needles, RYT 200 Snow's career in movement started at the ripe age of 10, teaching aprenatal aerobics class at Silver Slippers Dance Academy located in Idaho.It was a passionate affair from there on out for Natasha with movement.After dancing with various companies in even more various places she earnedher BA in dance and began teaching Pilates, ballet, modern and jazz.
