Kids Yoga With Maureen Clair Ages 3-6

Experienced childcare provider and children's Yoga instructor, Maureen Clair, will be teaching a special Children's Yoga Class at lululemon athletica!
Saturday, August 30th from 8:30-9:30 am
Children will have the opportunity to use their imaginations as we move through a lively and creative class including traditional poses, Yoga games and breathing techniques. Yoga for children offers a space for growing bodies to gain balance and strength while also fostering confidence, focus and an inspiring sense of calm.
Parents are welcome to stay and practice alongside their child or simply observe the imaginative and uninhibited art of children's Yoga.
