Shaz Zamanian is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and teaches group exercise classes, including Bootcamp and Functional Fitness classes. He started personal training in 2003 and graduated from San Diego State University in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Fitness Nutrition and Health. He has an extensive history in Physical Therapy working with people with a wide variety of injuries, ages and backgrounds including very sedentary to college athletes. He taught human anatomy for several years while in college and enjoys educating youth and participating in community service. He also enjoys weight training and trail running as he does it almost every day. He feels fully accomplished when his clients feel good, see results, and are pain free and lost weight!
