Carolyn has been practicing Pilates since 2002.
She is a PMA-CPT™ - awarded Certified Pilates Teacher designation by the Pilates Method Alliance. Only 15 Pilates teachers in Texas hold this designation.
She has a proven ability to motivate clients and improve their quality of movement and condition.
Carolyn is experienced in Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Wunda Chair, High Barrel, Ped-O-Pull, Magic Circle, Fletcher Towel and classic Pilates Mat.

You can take one of her fabulous classes at Studio C or the Synergy Studio and now at the Pilates Room at The Synergy Studio. She is conducting private Pilates equipment sessions T, Th and S by appointment.
