Finally settling in southern Arizona he completed his undergraduate studies in Tucson before relocating to the Phoenix area to complete his MBA. He worked in several industries including education and pharmaceuticals. Adam now spends his time as a lifestyle motivator. Born in New York, raised in AZ, it wasn't until she found herself freezing while studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison that Beri made her way to her first yoga class. Having suffered an injury to her knee when she was 15 yrs old, Beri didn't think she would be able to do any yoga. Irregardless, she was drawn to the warmth of the room and the challenging yet therapeutic way in which yoga calmed her mind, so she kept on practicing. Went to Nebraska Wesleyan University. Graduated in 3 year with my B.S. Health and Fitness Studies. He played collegiate soccer at Wesleyan. He has been working for LifeStart as a GM/Exercise Physiologist for 5 years.He has been there 2 years, then Chicago year and a half and now back here in AZ for about a year and a half. He began triathlons in 2010 on a whim. His first two seasons were cut short with moves both summers to Chicago and then back. Currently,he is racing to go Professional in 2013. He has always played soccer since college and have also played rugby here in AZ.
