Amanda has traveled to India many times, the traditional source of yoga, to deepen her personal practice and study various forms of yoga and meditation with senior teachers. Amanda has been blessed with great teachers, in India, America and locally. Ash left his job in the corporate world to follow his dreams in the circus. For the last 6 years he's been traveling around the world training, teaching, and performing including living for 3 years at a Chinese acrobatic school. He's now returned to Perth and started a company called AirYoga with his long time friend Trevor to bring the benefits of circus and acrobatic training to regular people and introduce them to a new, fun and effective spin on fitness. Dana Longton

Dana Longton is an advanced practitioner and teacher of Ashtanga yoga. She has been practicing yoga daily since 2003 and teaching since 2005 under the tutelage of Gregor Maehle. She is privileged to have Graeme Northfield as a longtime mentor. Dana is a senior teacher at 8 Limbs Ashtanga Yoga and is a Level 2 registered teacher with Yoga Australia. She teaches Philosophy and Higher Limbs modules of the 2nd and 3rd year teacher training at 8 Limbs. Donna first discovered yoga in 1993 in Sydney and followed a few different styles but it wasn't until returning to Perth a few years later that she began to look more into health & well being and the benefits of yoga. In early 2003 she found Ashtanga and started practicing earnestly with Rebecca Gilby , a vibrant and talented Ashtangi who ignited a spark that has not only burned brighter, but allowed her to follow the path into teaching as well. A dedicated and committed yogi, Donna's daily practice began in 2006 and she has furthered her studies by practicing with many renowned Australian and International Yoga teachers, both here and overseas. Paul Rossodivita has been involved in physical exercise or training over the last 11 years. During the last 4 years his passion has grown to concentrate on functional fitness and mobility. Having the honour of training, working and studying alongside some of the leading professionals in the world (Jon Hinds, Steve Maxwell and Paul Fogg) and the opportunity to run the Monkey Bar Gym in Darwin has provided him with the tools he required to assist all levels of fitness in a fun and safe environment. Trevor Aung Than is a physiotherapist and functional fitness instructor. He has previously worked with Cirque du Soleil in Macau, China as a Performance Medicine therapist where he worked on and with contortionists, trapeze artists, jugglers and lions (with men in them).
