David’s 2 passions in life go hand in hand: eating and running. When he is not Personal Training, it’s safe to say he is either training for his next running race or in the kitchen fuelling his body applying his Nutrition degree to cook up a storm.
David is a true testament to the fact that anyone can and should give running a go. Although he has a club foot and considerable leg and foot length difference, he has not prevented that from stopping him reach his goals. Recently he completed his first Marathon in Zurich in 2 hours and 57 minutes and is regularly towards the front of the pack in local fun runs.
Currently completing his Masters of Dietetics course to be become a Dietitian, David practices what he preaches, exemplifying healthy nutritious food, is tasty food.
