After graduating from the University of Southern California, Jennifer entered the field of health and fitness where, twenty years later she achieved a certification to teach in the prestigious Romana's Pilates Method.
Today, Jennifer co-owns Urban Army Pilates Studio in La Canada Flintridge, California. Utilizing a complete array of Gratz Pilates equipment, she trains a large client base in this exclusive Pilates method.
Along with her business partner, Don Pugsley, Jennifer also operates an early morning exercise boot camp program at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
Married and the mother of two boys, Jennifer is very active in the PTA and the La Canada community.
