Lauren's love for movement and dance brought her to yoga. She studied Bikram and Ashtanga yoga and later became certified in both styles. She received her certification off the beautiful shores of Thailand. She then taught throughout Portland, Oregon at various studios. She has now been teaching and living in Park City for four years. Her classes combine core strength, balance, flexibility and breath within a moving meditation. She encourages her students to tap into their power and take it off the mat in the most positive way.
