Chris' passion for athletics developed early when he started wrestling at six years old. Following his desires to achieve as much as he could in wrestling, he attended Lock Haven University and wrestled for their Division 1 program. He graduated in 2002 with a degree in Commercial Recreation after compteting in the National Championship Tournament and being ranked in the top 20 in the nation.

CrossFit has given Chris the opportunity to continue pursuing his love for athletics. He travels with CrossFit to train and speak at both level one and two certifications throughout the country, and is also actively involved in the CrossFit community writing for the CrossFit Journal, training and competing as an athlete. After finishing 4th in the first CrossFit Games competition in 2007 and 10th in 2008, he continues to develop CrossFit Park CIty and is looking forward to helping people achieve the highest level of fitness possible.

With a passion for seeing people succeed and for athletics in general, Chris provide motivating and effective training atmosphere. Chris lives in Oakley with his wife Sarah and their puppy Oakley. They enjoy all that Park City has to offer recreationally and look forward to giving Park City the best training program for overall fitness.
