Jessica started competing in junior tennis when she was 12 years old; training in both her hometown of St. George, UT and Las Vegas, NV. As a junior, she received National Rankings as high as top 70 in singles and top 13 in doubles. Jessica graduated from the U of U in 2007 where she received a full tennis scholarship, was team Captain her senior year, and an Academic All-American. Jill's love for yoga began many years ago, but it wasn't until she encountered hot power flow yoga that she found her passion. Jill completed Baron Baptiste's Level 1 training in February 2011 and Level II training in September 2011. She was so inspired by the wisdom learned in the training, and she felt a strong calling to share what she learned with her community. Jill has always loved the way yoga connects the body with the soul. She believes that when we set out on our spiritual journey, we should take our body with us. Julia Geisler

Julia Geisler grew up in the Appalachian Mountains in a small rural town named Deep Creek Lake, MD. Her parents shared their love of the outdoors by teaching Julia how to ski, camp, water ski, mountain bike and more. After studying Environmental Science at Dickinson College, Julia hiked the 2,000 mile Appalachian Trail and traveled the world. Megan discovered her passion for fitness at a young age. Growing up in the Park City area, she was introduced to a wide array of outdoor activities which ignited her passion for exercise and fitness. She chose to dedicate this passion to her studies and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Immediately after graduation, she pursued a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine- she thought what better way to make a living than to teach people how to live healtheir lives! Michael was a football player at San Diego State from 1999-2003. Once he graduated and could no longer play a highly competitive sport, he felt a huge void. In an effort to find something to replace his football career, he stumbled into CrossFit in August 2009. He drank the cool-aid after his first WOD, and has not looked back. He proceeded to earn his Level 1 Cert in April 2010. Before opening his gym, Michael spent most of his professional career behind a desk. He realized that CrossFit had impacted his life and his family’s lives so positively, that he wanted to share that passion with as many as possible. Penny has coached in the Wellness and Fitness industry for over twenty-five years! In this time she has taught fitness from Tour de France Spin segments to BOSU balance and multiplicity to Tabata and HIIT training to, her current love, Vinyasa style yoga. She has taught in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, and NY, and has trained clients from busy mom's with busier kids, to corporate executives, to Olympic athletes. Currently, she leads community Wellness for the Park CIty Municipal Corporation and Recreation Center. She loves teaching Adaptive Snowboarding for the National Ability Center. Whitney Kozlowski

Whitney loves Park City, all things outdoors, is an avid triathlete and mom to two young kids. To combine all of these loves after she had her second baby, Whitney started Mom's Power Hour - a 60 minute mix of cardio, drills, strength training and core work where moms can bring their kids to hang out and "witness fitness" at a young fun age. A popular concept that was missing in Park City at the time; Whitney was eager to bring that level of activity, motivation and "momraderie" to town.
