Gentle Flow is a soothing, calming vinyasa flow practice with a focus on gentle back bends, forward bends and hip openers. Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes letting the breath lead movement through successive waves of connected yoga postures. We use our inhalations and exhalations to embody a sense of flow within the stillness of each posture, and to flow between postures. We relate with the body as an ever-changing, energetic process rather than a static object. Gentle Flow is the perfect way to unwind and relax. All levels including beginners are welcome.
