Uddiyana, the Victorious Bandha: Moola, Uddiyana and Jalandhara Bandha are the three primary energy ‘locks’ in hatha yoga. Their study and application can transform your yoga practice and even your life. Learning to cultivate and control increased energy in asana and pranayama can be a source of delight and rejuvenation. This class will focus on Uddiyana Bandha, the “victorious flying up”, but the other bandhas will also be explored. Not suitable for beginners.
