Part III: Yoga for Mental Health

This will be the final part of our 3 part series that has focused on the benefits on breath and Yoga practice towards anxiety and depression. This hour long session will incorporate all we have learned into a full yoga class.

This class will designed for all levels and will run from 7:30-8:30pm.
