Ottawa's Brenna Casey grew from a regional gymnast to being an international trampolinist and Canada’s traveling Olympic alternate to the historic 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Brenna completed her B.Sc. Kin & a Athletic Therapy Certificate, M.Sc.PT from Queen’s University and became a Registered Physiotherapist after suffering many injuries in sport. She now gives back to the community through many advanced physiotherapy techniques and education at her FL!P Physiotherapy Centre in Ottawa's Westboro neighbourhood 376 Churchill Ave, Suite 310 (just North of Richmond Road) through her understanding of the need for Faster recoveries, Lasting results & Injury Prevention. Brenna is a Yin Yoga instructor and encourages focused yoga for improved health and injury prevention. She is also motivational speaker advocating for health & wellness, increased participation in sport and activity, and injury prevention awareness.
